What's missing in modern society?

Silence, a space to sit and be quiet, in stilness.
Contact between real human beings without any electronic and/or virtual media.

Listenning, Empathy.

Wouldn't it be great if our electronic/virtual media accessed the silent place to sit and projected that into the way we receive it? heheh… I'm not sure anyone cares to watch a tv show without any sound and without any motions, but what if we all learned to realize ourselves in such at an early age? good thought, I suppose all the masters will still tell you to go to the mountains, but all the truly acheived lived amonst the people =)
